Job summary

HEICO Component Repair Group in Miami, FL is seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support inventory flow in a busy aerospace facility.

You will package and label shipments, verify part numbers and quantities, enter receipt data into the ERP, operate forklift when trained, and maintain a clean, safe work area while complying with FAA standards and company policies. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Package and label boxes and crates for shipment.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and conditions against PO and docs.
• Enter receipt details into ERP system.
• Label and route materials to departments.
• Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork (packing slips, bills of lading, labels).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.

This position requires close coordination with the purchasing, stockroom, and quality assurance teams to maintain efficient inventory control and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received goods and confirm delivery information against purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Enter receipt details into the company’s ERP system
• Label and route materials to the appropriate departments
• Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking systems.
• Assist with resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentation
• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform general warehouse tasks.
• Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Skills/Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving software preferred (FedEx, UPS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate a forklift and obtain certification upon hire.
