In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, helping to maintain inventory integrity and support smooth warehouse operations. From coordinating with freight carriers to verifying goods and updating systems, you’ll be a key player in keeping the warehouse running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments using ERP and WMS systems.
• Operate tow motors and material handling equipment to load/unload freight.
• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, and freight forwarders to meet shipping deadlines.
• Verify shipping instructions, inspect goods, and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
• Tow motor operation experience (certification required; testing provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role.
• Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems; strong attention to detail.
