Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Waukesha, WI. This position is responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders
2. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
3. Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (as needed)
4. Label and document shipments per company and carrier guidelines
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
6. Use inventory management systems to track stock and update records
7. Communicate with internal departments regarding discrepancies or urgent shipments
8. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
3. Ability to operate forklift or obtain certification (company may provide training)
4. Comfortable using computers and basic inventory software
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
