Responsibilities and Duties

· Ship all U.S. orders received before 2 PM central time the same day

· Maintain and manage inventory as to keep 3 months supply stocked on shelves

· Create transparent timelines for “Net 30” shipments and work with Production and Packaging departments to meet those timelines as well as communicate status with Sales Representatives

· Communicate quickly and effectively with Packaging and Production department leads when a customer order cannot be shipped due to lack of product in inventory

· Notify customers and Sales Representatives when there are issues with a customer order and work with whomever necessary to provide a solution

· For weekly Production Meetings, provide team with prioritized list of products and quantities needed for current orders and to maintain sufficient stock levels

· Keep shipping and inventory areas clean and organized

· Provide assistance to Packaging department as needed

· Establish and maintain respectable working relationships with all employees and owners of Feynlab

· Receive all shipments appropriately in ERP system
