Job summary

PAL Management, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to provide online customer service, list firearms, and manage transfers with safety and compliance.

You will log firearms in the FFL logbook, clean and photograph items for sale, price listings, ship to authorized dealers, process payments, and handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This role is full-time and requires adherence to company policy.

Qualifications

• Must meet one or more of the following: High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Experience with online selling platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon).

Responsibilities

• Clear firearms using safety-first procedures.
• Log firearms into/out of FFL logbook.
• Clean, photograph, and list firearms for sale online.
• Price and relist inventory; discount aged items as needed.
• Ship firearms to validated FFL dealers.
• Manage customer emails and phone calls.
• Process payments (money orders, credit cards, deposits, refunds).
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Summary: Provide online customer service, list firearms and manage all firearm transfers in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clear firearms using safety first procedures
2. Accurately log firearms into and out of Federal Firearm License (FFL) logbook
3. Clean firearms and prep for photography
4. Photograph firearms for sale
5. Accurately price and list firearms for sale online
6. Discount aged inventory and re-list unsold items
7. Ship firearms to a validated FFL dealer through EZcheck
8. Responsible for transferring firearms out to stores
9. Manage customer emails and phone calls
10. Process money order payments, credit card payments, bank deposits and refunds
11. Other duties as assigned by upper management

Requirements

Qualifications:

Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):

• High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient on Apple/AOS systems
• Multiple online sales software platforms - eBay, Amazon, etc.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Eligible to obtain any special state required licenses and/or certificates as required by law or the company
• Must maintain eligibility to be a responsible person on FFL license

Lifting Requirements:
