Job summary

Textiles Coated International (TCI) is seeking a Machine Operator (Lamination) for the 1st shift in Manchester, NH. Starting pay is $16.50/hour, DOE, with training provided for motivated individuals.

You will set up lamination equipment, monitor quality, record data, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with standard PPE and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated safety awareness in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lamination equipment per job travelers and SOPs.
• Record production data using computer-based systems.
• Measure, monitor, and calibrate equipment to maintain product quality.
• Inspect products and document production results including defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate laminating equipment used to manufacture high-performance industrial materials. You'll work from production instructions, monitor product quality, cuts and prepares materials as needed, records production data, and helps ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate lamination equipment according to job travelers and standard operating procedures.
• Record production data using computer-based manufacturing systems.
• Measure, monitor, and calibrate equipment to maintain product quality.
• Inspect products and document production results, including quality concerns or defects.
• Safely handle materials and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience using ERP or shop floor data entry systems
• Familiarity with quality inspection practices
• Knowledge of 5/6S and Manufacturing

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment while wearing required PPE
