Job summary

Textiles Coated International (TCI) in Manchester, NH, is hiring a Machine Operator (Lamination) for 1st shift. You'll set up and operate lamination equipment to produce high-performance industrial materials, following job travelers and SOPs.

No experience? They will train motivated candidates. Regular shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a focus on safety, quality, and data recording using computer-based systems. This role offers hands-on learning with modern equipment and room to grow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lamination equipment according to job travelers and SOPs.
• Record production data using computer-based manufacturing systems.
• Measure, monitor, and calibrate equipment to maintain product quality.
• Inspect products and document production results, including defects.
• Safely handle materials and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Starting Pay

Starting at $16.50/hour, based on experience (DOE)

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll set up and operate laminating equipment used to manufacture high-performance industrial materials. You'll work from production instructions, monitor product quality, cuts and prepares materials as needed, records production data, and helps ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate lamination equipment according to job travelers and standard operating procedures.
• Record production data using computer-based manufacturing systems.
• Measure, monitor, and calibrate equipment to maintain product quality.
• Inspect products and document production results, including quality concerns or defects.
• Safely handle materials and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience using ERP or shop floor data entry systems
• Familiarity with quality inspection practices
• Knowledge of 5/6S and Manufacturing

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment while wearing required PPE
