Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Shipping position in Rialto, CA. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, using RF scanners, and handling warehouse equipment to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods, with 10-hour shifts on a 5:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and overtime/weekend flexibility. Competitive hourly pay and growth within logistics are available.

Shipping - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Shipping position to work with a leading company in Rialto. This role is perfect for individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks, repetitive work, and maintaining high attention to detail in a warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Must be willing to work 10-hour days with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Shipping

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers.
• Sort boxes and merchandise by store or shipping destination.
• Handle items carefully as to avoid damage to product.
• Consistently perform job functions taking into consideration hourly targets, safety and deadlines.
• Load and unload trailers and containers.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse equipment to track inventory and shipments.

Desirable Requirements for Shipping

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
