Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking a diligent Picker for our Rialto distribution center. You will support high-volume order fulfillment by accurately picking items with RF scanners and ensuring correct quantities and locations.

This role emphasizes speed, precision, and strict safety compliance in a fast-paced setting. The position requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work the Wednesday-to-Saturday shift with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/order-picking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift).
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach and lift.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick merchandise using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations for order accuracy.
• Transport picked items to staging or processing areas.

Picker - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our high-volume operations, focusing on speed, precision, and safety standards while fulfilling customer orders.

Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker

• Do you have previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment?
• Do you have experience using RF scanners?
• Do you have a strong attention to detail and accuracy?
• Are you able to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)?
• Are you able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift?
• Are you able to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs?
• Are you able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary?
