Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Shipper / Warehouse Assistant to support daily shipping operations, labeling, and inventory tasks at our facility. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and timely handling of shipments.

You will print labels, verify addresses, and help prepare products for carrier pickup, while maintaining organized stock and efficient processes. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work with warehouse software, and able to collaborate with the customer

Qualifications

• Prepare and print shipping labels using company shipping software and computer systems.
• Verify shipping information and ensure accuracy of labels, addresses, and order details.
• Label products, cartons, and packages according to company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment.
• Inspect packages to ensure they are properly packed and protected during transit.
• Organize and stage completed shipments for carrier pickup.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Perform daily PC-based tasks, including updating stock records and inventory systems.
• Manage and respond to shipping-related emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the customer support team as needed.
• Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, organizing stock, and keeping work areas clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform other shipping, administrative, and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
