Job summary

Campbell Snacks Willard is seeking a Shipper/Receiver - PM to support distribution operations in a fast-paced plant environment. You will unload and move ingredients, pick orders, and ensure timely product flow to production and shipping. Forklift operation is required or license obtained.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with occasional weekend work and shift rotation. HS Diploma or GED is required, and the position offers competitive benefits starting day one.

GRADE/LEVEL (If role is already leveled): H004

GENERAL SUMMARY (Generally 4-6 sentences demonstrating key outcomes of role): Following established procedures and working under Distribution supervision, the temporary Distribution Employee performs duties as mezzanine packer, product handler, material handler, and shipper/receiver. Must obtain a forklift operator license and operate both a forklift and walking power lift truck efficiently and safely to do the following duties.

• Unload ingredients and containers off trucks and move ingredients and containers from warehouses to production areas as required by the production schedule.
• Unload/load finished product by picking orders, accurately meeting a case/hour requirement.
• Lifting requirements include 50 lb. bags occasionally and 15-25 lb. cases on a continuous basis.
• Will also have to put finished product away from production on a timely basis.
• Will perform plant services duties; sweeping/cleaning.
• Follow safety work rules and complete job tasks in a safe manner at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequent exposure to plant environment (noise, heat, machinery). Must be able to work any shift and job requires shift rotation. Frequent weekend and holiday work.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.

Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
