The successful candidate will read and interpret packing instructions, generate required shipping documents, and maintain an organized shipping area while supporting basic inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/packing or warehouse experience required.
• Experience with bills of lading and waybills preferred.
• Ability to read and follow customer instructions and packaging specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping and packing operations as the primary shipping associate.
• Pack products to meet customer-specific packaging requirements for items from small components to long tubing.
• Read job travelers and packing specs to determine packaging methods.
• Generate packing lists, shipping labels, bills of lading, and waybills using ERP system (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
• Verify documentation, certifications, and labels on outgoing shipments.
