Job summary

Harpak-ULMA Packaging in Taunton, MA is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate to support daily order fulfillment, inbound goods, and inventory control in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle receiving, packing, data entry, 5S housekeeping, and collaborate with teammates; this role requires physical stamina and basic computer skills. Weekend work and a 9:30 am–6:00 pm shift are possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer systems.
• Forklift experience and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspection of incoming products and materials with documentation.
• Order fulfillment: pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Inventory management including cycle counts and shelf organization.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Input data into inventory systems and distribute paperwork to management.
