Job summary

Zekelman Industries seeks a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and load steel tube and pipe onsite in Blytheville, AR. You’ll follow safety standards, operate forklifts and order-picking equipment, and ensure accurate shipments. Regular shift is 6pm–6am, 4 days on/4 days off, with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of warehouse experience; strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing.

Responsibilities

• Champions and enforces safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment.
• Processes and fulfills orders from customers and internal teams.
• Picks, packs, and stages orders, verifying accuracy using scanning tools.
• Loads shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.
• Receives, inspects, and processes incoming materials, reporting any damages.
• Replenishes warehouse stock and rotates inventory using a reach truck or forklift.
• Operates forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
• Standardizes and optimizes shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Regular, full-time onsite attendance is required.

Under direct supervision, responsible for picking, packing, and loading steel tube and pipe while adhering to established procedures and quality standards. Operates standard warehouse equipment to ensure efficient material handling.

Shift: 6pm - 6am. 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
