Henkel in Bay Point, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipping operations. You will read transfer orders, pick, pack and label materials with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and warehouse experience required.
• Shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret transfer orders to ensure correct materials are picked, staged, and verified before processing.
• Consolidate, stack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Apply identifying tags and labels to accurately track and communicate shipment readiness.
• Package temperature-sensitive materials, including dry ice and required shipping labels.
• Identify, pack, mark, label, and palletize hazardous materials per regulations.
• Prepare completed orders for stretch wrapping and shipment with safety and accuracy.

What you´ll do

The hourly payrange for this role is $23.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offersacomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
