Job summary

ManpowerGroup Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Shipper to join our Shipping & Warehouse team. You will support daily order fulfillment and ensure safe, efficient movement of materials. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, shipping/warehouse experience, and the ability to operate forklifts with strong attention to detail.

Must lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. This 1st shift runs 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a background and drug screening as part of the hiring process and

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment and verify accuracy.
• Operate equipment to load material on trucks.
• Hand-stack shipments on skids and move to the dock for dispatch.
• Operate propane-powered sit-down forklifts to move material to storage or loading areas.
• Secure loads with stretch wrap and maintain organized storage.

Our client, in Swedesboro NJ is seeking a Shipper to join their team. As a Shipper, you will be part of the Shipping & Warehouse team supporting daily order fulfillment and safe, efficient movement of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipper

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Prepare orders for shipment and check for shortages or discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Operate standard manual and automatic equipment to load material on trucks.
• Hand-stack shipments on skids and transport to the dock for timely dispatch.
• Operate propane-powered sit-down forklift to move material to proper storage locations or load onto trucks for shipment.
• Operate stretch wrap machines and secure loads for shipments while maintaining organized storage areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to verify labels and pick sheets accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
