Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Shipper to join our team at the Midwest Service Center in Carol Stream, Illinois. You will prepare and ship materials and finished products, load and unload trucks, and ensure documentation accuracy to support timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, performing quality checks, and coordinating with service center trucks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift certification preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

The Door Group of ASSA ABLOY is expanding! We are looking for a Shipper to join the team at our Midwest Service Center or regional manufacturing facility located in Carol Stream, Illinois.

What would you do as our Shipper?

You will play a critical part in ensuring materials and finished products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to support our manufacturing and customer delivery commitments. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, preparing shipments, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring quality and documentation standards are met. Your work will help maintain an efficient flow of materials and timely outbound deliveries.

You would also:

• Load and unload trucks and stage materials
