Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas’ Door Group in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Shipper to support our Midwest Service Center and regional manufacturing facilities. You will load and unload trucks, pick, pack, and crate products, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate shipping documentation to meet delivery commitments.

You’ll perform quality checks, use company systems to support shipping, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while coordinating outbound deliveries with UPS, LTL,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and stage materials.

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.

The Door Group of ASSA ABLOY is expanding! We are looking for a Shipper to join the team at our Midwest Service Center or regional manufacturing facility located in Carol Stream, Illinois.

What would you do as our Shipper?

You will play a critical part in ensuring materials and finished products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to support our manufacturing and customer delivery commitments. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, preparing shipments, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring quality and documentation standards are met. Your work will help maintain an efficient flow of materials and timely outbound deliveries.

You would also:
