Job summary

Kinedyne LLC in Ashville, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate order packing, labeling and staging for shipment. You will pull correct parts, record weights/dimensions, complete pallet processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include auditing shipments, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Must lift up to 50 lbs, read shipping docs, and hold a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide).
  • Must be functionally literate in the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Use provided sales work to accurately pull all customer orders.
  • Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order.
  • Provide accurate weights and dimensions recorded for all orders pulled.
  • Complete pallet process including shrink wrap and address labels application.
  • Report nonconformances or order discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, product handling, and shipping best practices.
  • Prepare shipments by securely packaging materials per safety and quality procedures.
  • Follow procedures, standard work, and visual controls for consistent quality.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.
  • Apply correct pallet labeling and ensure traceability requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as defined by Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Authority to verify and reject shipments not meeting requirements.

Job description

To ensure all customer orders are packaged, labeled, and staged for shipment accurately and safely, in accordance with documented company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use provided sales work to accurately pull all customer orders.
  • Ensure correct parts and quantities are pulled for each order.
  • Provide accurate weights and dimensions are recorded for all orders pulled.
  • Correctly complete the pallet process to include shrink wrap and address labels application.
  • Report any nonconformances or order discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety, product handling, and shipping best practices.
  • Prepare shipments by securely packaging materials in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Follow all documented procedures, standard work, and visual controls to ensure consistent quality.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities as required.
  • Apply correct pallet labeling and ensure compliance with product identification and traceability requirements
  • Perform any additional duties as defined by the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Authority to verify and reject any shipment not meeting quality, quantity, or labeling requirements.
  • Authority to escape nonconforming materials or shipping process issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Authority to sign off on outbound shipments after final inspection and confirmation against order documentation.
  • Authority to initiate corrections to ERP (D365) shipping records when errors are identified.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations (addition/subtraction/multiply/divide.)
  • Must be functionally literate in the English language.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow shipping documentation and instructions.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate vehicle license (forklift/pallet jack) as required.
  • Must be able to carry/lift to 50lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, and lifting.
