Job summary

Soma The Woodlands is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory and keep the sales floor stocked and organized. You will process shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure merchandise is properly represented on the floor.

Responsibilities include restocking, updating price changes, and maintaining brand standards while delivering a customer‑focused, hospitality‑driven experience. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with strong ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.

About The Role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.
