Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for the Estero, FL location to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience and provide personalized service. You will share product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and support inventory and store operations in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
