Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood in Warwick, RI is seeking a warehouse clerical associate to support shipment processing, order closure, and daily reporting. The role involves handling shipment folders, data entry, and clerical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires basic education and 1 year of warehouse office experience, with flexibility for varying shifts and temperatures. Proficiency in MS Office and AS400 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic clerical and office skills required.
• Ability to operate a computer and MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Clear reading and speaking of English.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Review dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.
• Review photos/folder of shipment information and asks approval from management before loading.
• Closes out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicates with market managers on product issues.
• Generates daily reports on all items requiring approval.
• Generates fees on folders.
• Clerical duties: answering phone, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.
