Bollinger Shipyards in Pascagoula, MS is seeking a Marine Structure Shipfitter (1st Class Journeyman) with three years minimum experience.
The role involves surface preparation of structural metal components, layout and fabrication within the hull for riveting and welding, and reading blueprints. Prior experience and ability to operate a cutting torch and tack weld are preferred. Bollinger is an equal opportunity employer.

The shipfitter is responsible for the surface preparation of structural metal components and the layout and fabrication of metal structural parts within the hull of a vessel for riveting and welding.

Knowledge of blueprints and drawings.
Prior experience as a shipfitter is preferred, capable of operating a cutting torch and tack welding.
