Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on training engineer to architect and deliver pipefitting instruction for shipyard field support teams and customers. Your mission includes planning and developing in-house training programs aligned to operational needs, and building course content, materials, and multimedia aids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; 4+ years progressive professional and/or supervisory experience or 2 years with Master's degree.
• Equivalent credentials accepted: NNPS, Apprentice School, or 2-year program with appropriate exempt/non-exempt experience.
• Experience with training operations (scheduling, facilitation, course development) is preferred.
