Job summary

Solvere Technical Group in California is seeking a Lead Person or Assistant Supervisor to serve as backup to the Fore Person, requiring substantial experience in mechanical, structural, electrical, or electronics trades.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent plus a trade/industrial/military certification or a four-year apprenticeship, and have QA experience with shipboard equipment. The anticipated salary range is $60,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one of the following certifications or apprenticeship.
• Five years of experience in mechanical, structural, electrical, or electronics trades.
• One year of quality assurance experience for shipboard equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals and sequence work efficiently.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and inspecting installed equipment.
