Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to off-site locations and follow Austal safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment on board vessels in a safe and productive manner.
• Disassemble, fault find, repair and re-assemble shipboard equipment.
• Mark and measure to close tolerances using Austal calibrated equipment.
• Safely rig equipment following all OSHA requirements.
• Inspect work, identify problems, and initiate corrective actions.
• Travel to off-site work locations as required.
