Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to maintain and operate the vessel's HVAC and refrigeration systems, supervising the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, ensuring safety and reliability at sea.

Reporting to the First Engineer, you will perform inspections, manage spares with AMOS and AIMS, and collaborate with contractors aboard to uphold show quality and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• HVAC qualifications relevant to shipboard operations.
• EPA certification required.
• Experience in shipboard or maritime environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain and repair main A/C and refrigeration plants.
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and Air Conditioning team.
• Use AMOS to forecast, track work and stock spares.
• Coordinate with contractors aboard to ensure safety and performance.
• Uphold GSM and Show Quality Standards for guest comfort.
