Job summary

Disney Cruise Line seeks a skilled HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to manage and operate onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, reporting to the First Engineer.

This shipboard role requires maintaining plant performance, safety, and guest comfort. You will use AMOS and AIMS to forecast and record work, manage spares, and coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• Relevant HVAC qualifications.
• EPA certification.
• Shipboard or maritime industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, repair HVAC chiller and auxiliary systems on board.
• Oversee Refrigeration and Air Conditioning teams and contractors.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance per EPA rules.
• Forecast, plan, and record work using AMOS and AIMS systems.
• Ensure guest and crew satisfaction while upholding Show Quality Standards.
