Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to lead crew employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives aboard our vessel. You will partner with leaders, build trusted relationships, and serve as a key advisor to ensure a fair, inclusive, and high-performing onboard environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources (shipboard), you will drive learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR programs while living the Disney values at sea.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in at least one function (e.g., L&D, compensation & benefits).
• At least 1 year in employee relations and/or performance management concepts.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Delivers shipboard HR functions including compensation and benefits, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development.
• Serves as a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to Crew for fair, inclusive, high-performing work.
• Maintains focus on Crew experience and aligns with company values and priorities onboard.
• Partners with shipboard leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and implement targeted development.
• Conducts needs assessments for training, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitates HR training courses for Crew and Officers and supports change management.
• Supports organizational projects with tools, processes, and guidance for effective execution.
