Job summary

American Cruise Lines is hiring Housekeepers for the 2026 season to work aboard our ships as part of the shipboard hotel team, delivering outstanding hospitality and representing the brand. This temporary role runs up to 28 weeks, with duties focused on cleaning, guest comfort, and responding to service requests.

Pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with bonuses and all major living expenses covered aboard. Travel, room and board, uniforms, and training are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees.
• Alcohol consumption prohibited onboard.
• Temporary post not to extend beyond 28 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clean, safe, attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Acknowledge guests by name and address housekeeping inquiries per standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors; organize inventory and stock linen.
• May be asked to greet guests on embarkation and assist during events.
