Job summary

A leading cruise line is seeking Hotel General Managers for the 2026 season. The successful candidate will supervise a diverse team, ensure compliance with service standards, and anticipate the needs of guests and crew. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, a bachelor's degree in business or hospitality, and the ability to work onboard for extended periods. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel or food and beverage management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to satisfactorily pass US Coast Guard pre-employment drug test.

• Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
