American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, seeks Crew Members for the 2026 season to work aboard our ships in hotel roles. This temporary position runs up to 28 weeks with travel, room and board, uniforms, and training provided.

You will greet guests, serve, and support events while upholding grooming standards and safety requirements. Applicants must be at least 18, a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, and willing to submit to pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, high-quality dining service.
• Set up and break down meals and events.
• Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions.
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces.
• Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory.
• Support special events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
