Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, seeks Cooks for 2026 season aboard America's rivers. You’ll work with the culinary team to deliver first-class dining using fresh ingredients, following regional menus and guest dietary requests.

On-board living quarters are provided; the crew enjoys a challenging culinary environment with a focus on safety and teamwork. Applicants should have 2+ years in full-service kitchens and TWIC credentials may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in full-service settings.
• Experience cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Familiar with food safety standards.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diversified meals from fresh ingredients alongside the culinary team.
