Job summary

World Flair Association is seeking a Beverage Operations Director to lead daily beverage service across shipboard venues, ensuring premium service while maximizing revenue in a regulated environment. You will educate the crew and guests on premium beverages and retail products, and you will drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a food & beverage service operation on a cruise ship or in a related resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs beverage service personnel and oversees daily beverage operations.
• Ensures compliance with HAL standards, USPH and HACCP guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Develops promotional programs to maximize bar revenue and manage budgets and costs.
• Monitors inventory, cost controls, and revenue performance; coordinates with the Controller and Provision Master.
• Leads training, schedule planning, and performance appraisals for beverage staff.
