KBR Careers in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Shipboard Ammunition Logistics Specialist to manage, transport, and store all types of ammunition and missiles. You will inspect materials for serviceability and maintain strict security and safety controls during operations.

The role requires a Secret Clearance (US citizen) and prior Ammunition Specialist training, with several years of related experience. The position supports MCPP operations and offers a path for advancement within a large federal

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance.
Completed the Enlisted Ammunition Specialist Course or equivalent.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Four (4) years directly related work experience.
Experience in maintaining an accurate ammunition inventory and reconciling discrepancies.
Ability to use basic software applications.

Responsibilities

Manage, handle, transport, and store all types of ammunition, explosives, and missiles.
Inspect materials to determine serviceability and need for repair or destruction.
Maintain an ammunition security program to reduce the risk of loss or theft.
Ensure all safety regulations are met in storage and during ammunition operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
