Job summary

Carnival Corporation Ltd. is seeking an experienced Ship Superintendent to join our Miami-based team in a hybrid capacity. You will provide technical oversight for assigned vessels, manage maintenance budgets, and coordinate dock projects while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Strong communication and data analytics skills are essential. The role requires 5–7 years of licensed afloat experience, preferably as a second engineer or senior electrician on AC

Qualifications

• Experience managing vessel maintenance programs from shoreside.
• Strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with AMOS systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vessel technical oversight and maintenance, including planned maintenance and documentation.
• Plan and manage dry-dock and wet-dock repairs with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage technical maintenance budgets and coordinate with finance and supply chain.
