Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Bar Server to ensure guest satisfaction by promoting beverage services across the ship in a courteous, professional manner. You prepare and mix drinks, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests with recommendations and upselling to premium brands.

Responsibilities include accurate beverage preparation, knowledge of liquor and wine brands, and upholding public health standards while delivering exceptional service to onboard guests and crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years beverage-related experience or training.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to calculate discounts, tips, proportions, percentages.
• Working knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors and beers.
• Knowledge of varying brands and quality of wines.
• Knowledge of public health standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide beverage services across the ship in a courteous, professional manner.
• Prepare and mix drinks; clean assigned workstations; analyze recipes and manuals as necessary.
• Upsell to premium brands and suggest alternatives to guests.
