Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train staff, manage resources, and promote a collaborative, proactive culture to achieve high accuracy and efficiency.

Experience in supervision and a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with a flexibility to work up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures; operate in compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching for employees.
• Ensures all department employees adhere to safety policies at all times.
