Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities on the assigned shift. This salaried, exempt role ensures safe, efficient operations, meets productivity targets, and aligns with customer requirements and Schnellecke standards.

You will manage staffing, coach hourly teammates, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment, collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve business

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift.
Lead hourly team members to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs at all times.
Manage staffing levels and labor planning to meet demand.
Coach, train, and develop hourly staff; address performance issues.
Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics; report results to management.
Identify and resolve operational issues; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
