Job summary

The Schnellecke Logistics Warehouse Operations Manager role leads the operations area to achieve objectives, SLAs, and KPI targets in alignment with safety, quality, and company standards. This position reports to the Director of Operations and oversees supervisors and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient staffing and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, SLAs, and KPI management.
• Experience budgeting, labor planning, and resource management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
