Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the operations area on 2nd shift (3:30 pm to Midnight) and ensure alignment with quality and client requirements. This role drives safety, service level performance, and production efficiency within the facility.

You will oversee manpower allocation, budgets, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production stability and customer satisfaction in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, SLAs, and KPI management.
• Experience budgeting, labor planning, and managing resources.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute company values, mission, strategy, policies, and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to strengthen efficiency and quality.
• Ensure SOPs, safety policies, and workload requirements are met.
• Manage human, material, and automated resources for production plans.
• Direct daily operations to meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and Early Warning Indicators.
• Approve departmental expenditures within budgets.
• Communicate performance and risks to leadership and clients.
• Promote safe work procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Support manpower planning and labor hour analysis.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
