Job summary

Bunzl Reno is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities on 2nd shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM) and assist on 1st shift as needed. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity while enforcing company policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift when required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and assign workload to warehouse associates.
• Lead inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order processing.
• Communicate with corporate and customers professionally.
• Issue performance appraisals and disciplinary write-ups.
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Generate and analyze reports to maintain inventory integrity.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory and attendance records.
• Support safety, accuracy, and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure policy enforcement and professional conduct.
