Job summary

Trinity Plastics Inc. is seeking a Fork Lift Driver Lead to lead safe and efficient material movement, load/unload trailers, and pull products for shipping. The role requires forklift certification, strong communications, and the ability to handle non-standard hours.

The candidate will supervise and assist with daily warehouse tasks, maintain accurate data in the IBS Production System, and ensure proper storage, pallet placement, and housekeeping throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills required.
• Overtime availability may be required.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
• Fork truck operator certification is required or preferred.
• Must maintain reliable attendance and support non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Safety compliance with all plant rules and PPE usage.
• Maintain good housekeeping in all areas.
• Know locations for finished goods, bulk material and supplies.
• Perform pre-shift truck inspections and daily PM checks.
• Fill gas tank and ensure proper pallet storage and placement.
• Execute data entry tasks in the IBS Production System.
• Assist with loading trailers and pulling orders for shipping.
• Lead and coordinate shift tasks across C, B, A, Senior, Lead levels.
