TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Shift Utility Person at our NY Tonawanda facility. This full-time role supports the production team on Line 2, 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with potential weekend overtime.

You will run processing equipment safely and help maintain clean, compliant work areas. Starting pay is $25.34 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential; after 6 months the rate increases to $25.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced production setting.

Job Description:

The Shift Utility Person is responsible for providing support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Running various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Performing work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Company Policies and Procedures
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on Line 2, 2nd shift, which operates from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday-Friday. This may include mandatory overtime on weekends. Starting rate is $25.34/hour with a $0.50/hour shift differential. After 6 months the rate will be $25.87/hour
