Job summary

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides essential support to the Sugar free Production team, helping drive key initiatives to improve plant performance. You will hand-pack finished goods, move materials, and assist with line setup and changeovers as part of a full-time night shift.

This position pays $22.19 per hour plus applicable shift differential on the 3rd shift, with hours from 10:00pm to 6:00am, Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

  • Experience following instructions and process documents; good verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors.
  • Manually packaging finished goods.
  • Setting up and adjusting line equipment.
  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers.

Job Description
About the Role

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Sugar free Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
  • Manually packaging finished goods
  • Setting up and adjusting line equipment
  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19 per hour plus applicable shift differential on 3rd shift

Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.

About You

You’ll fit right in if you have:
