Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years operating or maintaining water treatment, wastewater, or semiconductor facilities systems.
• Ability to work a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule (3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off).
• Prior leadership experience coordinating people, priorities, safety, accountability, and follow‑up as a supervisor or lead.

Responsibilities

• Own shift performance for UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting Water Services systems to meet safety, quality, reliability, and factory goals.
• Set priorities, assign work, follow up on commitments, maintain housekeeping, and hold the team accountable for daily tasks.
• Mentor and develop team members through clear expectations, engagement, training progress, certification readiness, and cross‑training.
• Implement safety expectations, EHS requirements, permits, procedures, customer commitments, and inspection‑ready work areas.
• Apply water treatment and facilities knowledge across UPW, wastewater, reclaim, filtration, chemical dosing, and chemical distribution systems.
• Monitor alarms, trends, rounds, samples, and operating conditions; ensure issues are escalated, documented, communicated, and resolved.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, contractors, suppliers, technicians, and fab customers during planned work, commissioning, recovery, and crisis response.
• Improve procedures, training materials, checklists, passdowns, and standard work; support root‑cause analysis and drive actions to closure.
