Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Facilities Water Services UPW and Wastewater Shift Supervisor to own shift performance for critical water systems in Boise, Idaho. The role leads a team, ensures safe operation, and coordinates with Operations, Engineering, and EHS to meet safety, quality, and factory goals.

The position requires 12-hour rotating shifts and prior leadership experience in facilities or semiconductor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years operating water treatment, wastewater, or semiconductor facilities systems.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Prior leadership experience coordinating people and safety.
• Experience in facilities operations or water services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own shift performance for UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting Water Services systems to meet safety, quality, reliability, and factory goals.
• Set priorities, assign work, follow up on commitments, maintain housekeeping, and hold the team accountable.
• Mentor and develop team members through clear expectations and training progress.
• Implement safety expectations, EHS requirements, permits, procedures, and inspections.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, contractors, suppliers, and fab customers during planned work and crisis response.
• Improve procedures, training materials, and standard work; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
