Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Carrollton, TX to lead a small shift of hourly associates in a cross-dock/warehouse/transportation operation. You will assign daily work, monitor safety compliance, and drive on-time performance for stored or delivered goods.

Responsibilities include evaluating process improvements, managing deadlines, and coordinating with managers on staffing and training. Strong communication and SAP/MRP familiarity are valued; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily work assignments to shift associates and interview hourly associates with hire recommendations.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction and on-time delivery; manage deadlines and safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage and timely delivery of customer products; minimize overtime.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.
