A leading health solutions company seeks a Shift Supervisor Trainee who will learn essential management skills in a retail environment. This full-time role offers a starting hourly wage of $16.24-$26.00, depending on experience. The trainee will assist in store operations, promote customer service culture, and have opportunities for advancement to supervisory positions upon successful completion of training.

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop management skills, learns about key business aspects like building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Required: Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills; advanced communication skills; flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends; ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred: Retail experience.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $16.24 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
