The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position that prepares an employee for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to prepare for supervisory responsibilities, completes basic management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisor positions. These roles support store management by driving store performance, ensuring smooth operations, and leading staff in the absence of a manager.
Required Qualifications: Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, and advanced communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Retail experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay depends on experience, education, location, and other factors.
